Bonjour à tous,
je suis actuellement à Londres depuis quelques mois et je dois déménager très rapidement. Ayant encore du mal à comprendre oralement l'anglais, je communique essentiellement par email. J'essaie donc d'envoyer un email au sujet d'une annonce que j'ai vue sur internet, mais je ne suis pas du tout sûr de ce que j'écris lol. C'est la toute première fois que j'envoie un message en anglais.
C'est pourquoi je recherche un peu d'aide pour vérifier le contenu de mon message et éventuellement m'indiquer les choses à corriger.
Merci d'avance pour toutes les âmes charitables qui voudront bien aider un pauvre expatrié un peu perdu ^^
Voici la première version de l'email que je viens de rédiger :
Dear Sir
Hi, I'll introduce myself, I'm Maxime XXX, I’m a young French guy come to London last February to learn English to progress in my career. Actually I work on the restaurant XXX situated in Covent Garden.
I’m writing in connection with the announcement that you posted on the Web site XXX, about the rent of a chamber in your flat.
Effectively, I’m interest in your offer, which is why I would like to visit the apartment as soon as possible.
Still having difficulty in speaking English, I suggest you exchanging by email, what will be simpler for me than the telephone. I leave you however my phone number if you wish to speak with me live: 0650xxxxxx
I remain available for any questions which you will consider useful to ask me.
