Bonjour,
je dois rédiger une lettre de motivation pour mon semestre à l'étranger; à cet effet j'ai besoin de votre aide pour m'apporter quelques modifications ; la deadline est aujourd'hui 30/06/2015. Merci bien de votre aide, je compte sur vous.
Dear sir, Dear Madame,
Following the presentation of the international academic stay, my choices concerned the following Universities: Tampere University of Technology, Staffordshire University, Griffith College Dublin and Cork. These choices it are proved true justified thanks to various information which I collected afterward during the international conferences in the presence of the representatives of various establishments.
Firstsly I chose, Staffordshire University because for me the idea to live in a family of welcomes is a real opportunity for the student to find the bases of a family what entails more responsibility and less wrongdoing so one concentrates better for its studies and improves at the same time his language learning.
Then I chose, Tampere University of Technology ( ERASMUS) the opportunity of help(assistant) and the follow-up which is asked because it imposes a certain rigor which would not be in neglected when we are in a foreign country.
Finally, Griffith College Dublin & Cork because they represent a real opportunity to discover a country with very present cultural values.
For the continuation of my studies, stay abroad represent a real springboard and a real means to study the language while becoming soaked with lifestyle and with the culture of the host country so one discover a new environment and have another vision of the teaching in the engineering school. With the program Erasmus and the EPITA international partnerships, I can perfect at the same time my knowledge in English language and discover cultures in which I am interested for several years.
As curious as motivated, I shall know how to benefit personally but also professionally from the program which will be distributed in the establishment where I would go I also see this stay in a foreign university as an inescapable stage of my higher education and a main advantage in the construction of my professional project.

Bonjour,
Je comprends bien l'urgence mais je trouve incongru que vous demandiez un stage à l'étranger tout en faisant votre lettre au traducteur automatique je pense:
a family of welcomes ? une famille d'accueil ?
