Hello,
In my opinion the sentence is not correct . I'd say :You would like to live in Paris . As WOULD is only a modal which, followed by a bare infinitive, expresses a conditional sentence.
To want, on the contrary, is a not a modal . I'd ( would) want to live in Paris is also correct-
Would + bare infinitive, can also express, a future in the past. " She said she would go to Paris the next week", which does not seem the case here.
Hope this helps.
Bye

Hello,
I forgot to tell you that "would you" sounds like " really" ? It's a tag used not to repeat the whole sentence, but, again, as the sentence before is not correct, in this case it means nothing.

Hope that Lucile will agree.
Bye bye cb47

Hello,
I have modified your sentences to make them correct and understandable
Sally : I think I would like to live in Paris .
Emma : Would you , Sally ? I think I would prefer to live in London .

'Would you?' here means 'really?' as carlabice said.
