First, the picture is divided in two parts separeted by the bridge. At the top, there is a traditional family of white Australians composed of the parents and their two children. They militate as show the banner where is written "Reconciliation". They appear happy and determinded.
At the bottom, under the bridge, we can see two peoples. They look lile to be beggar or bum. Indeed they are lying down on the floor and they wear dirty clothes. They are surrounded by rubbishes whose box in cardboard and bottles of alcohol. They seem tired. They are in the shade of the bridge and this party is dull contrary to the top which is colorful.
