Bonsoir à tous,
Pour demain, je dois rédiger un texte sur le contexte politique, social et culturel de la Grande-Bretagne au milieu du 19ème siècle. Mon niveau d'anglais étant un peu faible, accepteriez vous, s'il vous plait, de m'indiquer mes erreurs ?

In the middle of the 19th century, the Great Britain is in full Industrial Revolution. It does a lot of trade within its land, but also outside, allowing it to grow its economy. However, Britain through a major economic crisis in 1858. But that does not slow the Industrial Revolution reached its peak in 1863, at the inauguration of the tube. Now, people can travel faster and easier.
As regards the politic, Queen Victoria is the head of state. Both political parties were very present: the Tories (Conservatives) and the Whigs (Liberals).
As for the art, British culture shines through theater, newspapers (Illustrated London News, Punch), literature (novels and dramas like Dickens), painting, architecture, magazines, academies, museums and music.
To conclude, the 19th century was a rich century, which occupies a very important place in the development of Great Britain.

bonjour,
avant de réfléchir sur des éventuelles corrections, personnellement je ne mettrais pas les verbes au présent mais au passé. pour commencer, par exemple : In the middle of the 19th century the Great Britain was à l'apogée de sa révolution industrielle (traduire)apogée.
Continuez la correction des verbes au passé.
Nous demandons aux bonnes volontés de se joindre à nous pour cette correction

Comme je vois que vous devez rendre ce devoir demain , je vous lance rapidement mes propositions
1. full industrial, je mettrais booming industrial révolution
2.It does a lot of trade within its lands .je mettrais : it practised a lot of domestic trade and foreign trade.
3.Qeen Victoria is the head of state ….. Queen Victoria run the state(run, run run) au passé
4. Culture shines …….shone (verbe irrégulier)
5.painting…..Paintings
6 rich century ….. A booming century
7. very important place ……Position
tout ceci est ce que j’aurais mis mais je ne suis pas professeur d’anglais.

votre texte, quand on le lit, donne l'impression d'avoir été écrit en français, puis traduit mot-à-mot, et la trame française resurgit directement quand je le lis:
In the middle of the 19th century, the Great Britain is in full Industrial Revolution. It does a lot of trade within its land, but also outside, allowing it to grow its economy. Au milieu du 19ème siècle, la Grand Bretagne est en pleine révolution Industrielle, elle fait beaucoup de commerce à l'intérieur de son pays mais aussi à l'extérieur, lui permettant d'accroître son économie. Mais le résultat sonne bizarre.
Please!! "Great Britain" sans the !!
Le texte serait mieux au passé, le présent de narration historique est plus typiquement français.

But that does not slow the Industrial Revolution (manque un relatif, qui atteint...)reached its peak in 1863, at the inauguration of the tube. Now, people can travel faster and easier(more easily est l'adverbe).
