Dear XXXX,
Consumption of LUBRICANT is very high and I suppose that's due to the malfunction of the electrovalve in section 5 and 6 which are all the time open and the wrong time setting of electro valve 1; 2 and 3.
On my last visit report I proposed a new installation and I calculated the pay back terms. This installation will be paid back in a short period and you will get a significant water saving as well.
Furthermore I know that mr John proposed, at the corporate level, to grant 6000 euro from the CAPEX 2013 for a new lubrication dosing system. Did you receive any feedback about that ?
Could we go ahead with this project ?
