Bonjour,
Mon employeur ouvre un poste en Asie, je souhaiterais postuler.J'ai bien avancé sur ma lettre de motivation et je suis satisfait du contenu (même si je la trouve un peu directe/froide).
Pouvez-vous m'aider à la relire? Je me demande si certaines tournures ne sont pas maladroites ou s'il n'y a pas des erreurs de grammaire.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to apply to the consultant position based in Singapore. The opportunity looks very interesting to me and I believe my background and experience will make me a competitive candidate for this position.
The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include:
a total seven years of experience as a professional services consultant, giving me a broad knowlege of IT and varied functional fields,
a deep interest in working with clients and helping them to achieve their goals,
I also enjoy the communication side of the position: training people or handling meetings.

On a more personal note, I have a long time interest for Asian cultures and history, having traveled several times in south-east Asia. As such I'd be thrilled to join the office in Singapore as it would allow me to experience true Asian way of life and discover how businesses work in this region.
