My friends enjoyed playing with Betty.Contray,I hated being with her.
My friends enjoyed playing with Betty.Contrary to them, I hated being with her.
My friends enjoyed playing with Betty.Contrarily,I hated being with her.

First of all, you have to make a difference between "contray" and"contrarily"
Contrary is an adjective(contraire).
Contrarily is an adverb(contrairement).
I hope it helps a little bit.

I think the first sentence is wrong.
The second and the third are correct.

La seconde phrase serait correcte dans les trois exemples si elle commençait par "Unlike".
- Unlike + nom de personne : Unlike you, I like travelling.
- Contrary to + nom de chose, abstraction : Contrary to your idea, I think I ought to give him a hand.
