Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

j'ai rédigé un email en anglais, et j'aurais voulu savoir s'il y avait des erreurs.
J'ai posté uniquement le corps de l'email, merci à vous tous

Dear Ms. X,

I am writing to you regarding your last email. I took note of the change in date of the meeting in Madrid.

I have explained you that I have already organized a series of interviews for the day of December the 12th. Indeed, we had already postponed these interviews because of the transport’s strikes which took place in France this autumn. Moreover, certain candidates come by far and certainly have already reserved their tickets of plane or train.

I am sorry to inform you that I won’t be able to be in the meeting. But I propose you to be stand in for my assistant, X (girl).

I'd like to make a few suggestions:
Dear Ms. X,

I have explained to you that I have already organized a series of interviews for the day (this might be redundant) of December the 12th. Indeed, we had already postponed these interviews because of the transport's strikes (the transporter's strike or the transportation strike) which took place in France this autumn. Moreover, certain candidates come by far (from far away) and certainly have already reserved their tickets of plane or train. (their plane or train tickets or simply: their tickets)
I am sorry to inform you that I won't be able to be in (better: to attend) the meeting. But (it is considered poor style to start a sentence with but. You could write: However, I propose...) I propose to you to be stand in for my assistant, X (girl). (this is unclear: do you propose to have your assistant replace you at the meeting? To "stand in" for someone might work although on would probably use "sit in" in this context. Perhaps: I propose to have my assistant, (name), sit in for me.)

Merci pour vos corrections. Pour l'assistante, ce serait elle qui irait à la place de la DRH assister à la réunion ..
