Bonsoir,
J'ai un doute concernant des termes commerciaux se référant à des conditions de leasing. Pourriez-vous s'il vous plait me confirmer si l'utilisation du terme Hire purchase est bien correct pour indiquer l'option de racheter du matériel en leasing en fin de contrat ? J'ai également un doute concernant l'utilisation du verbe 'to wield' pour traduire 'exercer une option ou clause d'un contrat'.
Ci-dessous l'extrait de la correspondance pour laquelle j'aimerais être corrigé.

I confirm you here below two proposals for a 3 years contract :
1. Same cost with a hire purchase option of 1 Euro after the contract period. Plant will bring back installation if the hire purchase option is not wielded;
2. 0,1200 Euro/hl without any hire purchase option. Plant will become the owner of dosing installation after the contract period.

hire purchase semble indiquer toute la période de location vente mais vous voulez parler de l'option finale d'achat.

(je ne trouve pas de "wield" associé à des contrats dans mes dictionnaires...)
2. 0,1200 Euro/hl without any hire purchase option. The Plant will become the owner of dosing installation after(at the end of) the contract period.

Hello!
Le terme "hire purchase" veut dire que l'on achète un bien à crédit ; on en est propriétaire quand le crédit est remboursé.
Ici, il s'agit plutôt d'un leasing avec option d'achat en fin de période, d'un "Equipment lease agreement with option to purchase" comme cité dans ce document :
