Hello ! Bonne année à tout le monde!

L'année commence déjà par une interrogation sur une tournure de phrase en anglais !

Comment traduire : X et Y autorisent par la présente Z, enfant dont nous sommes légalement responsables et sur lequel nous exerçons l'autorité parentale, à quitter le territoire
Voici ma proposition : mon problème c'est surtout "dont" et "sur lequel"
X and Y authorize hereby Z, the child for whom we are legally responsible and on whom we exercise the parental autority, to leave the country.

Qu'en pensez-vous?

Bonjour,

C'est aussi lourd en français qu'en anglais!

X and Y hereby authorize Z, the child for whom we are legally responsible and on whom we exercise the parental authority, to leave the country.

j'aurais peut-être dit:

X and Y, legally responsible for (our son/daughter)Z and exercising parental authority on him/her, hereby allow him/her to leave the country.
