Bonjour,
Dear Miss xxx,
Thank you for the application form you sent me. I have just received it and I accept the post of French Assistant that you offer me. I am very glad to join xxx next September. I may leave for England on 1st September 2011 or earlier if you wish. I will complete and return the Criminal Records Bureau form and the documentation as soon as possible.
Your sincerely
xxx
Merci d'avance.

I am planning on leaving for England on 1st September 2011 but I can leave earlier if you prefer. (1) September 2011? Then I would say: 'this September' ou 'in September'
Cordialement

Bonjour,
Dear xxx,
I am writing to you because I have received the application form to accept the post of French Assistant and I wondered if you could enlighten me on some points.
I wanted to know if I have to complete the section « referees » in the standard school application form or does this part concerned only people who had already worked with children ?
I would also be grateful if you could tell me if I had to apply for the ISA in the CRB form.
Hoping that this will not inconvenience you.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Yours sincerely
xxx
Je me demande également si "Hoping that this will not inconvenience you." est très idiomatique.
Merci.
