Correction d'un email

Bonsoir,
Je souhaiterais envoyer un mail à mon professeur d'anglais. En effet, nous devons lui dire quel est le sujet d'exposé que nous avons choisi. Je trouvais cela plus intéressant si j'écrivais le message entièrement en anglais. Avant de l'envoyer, j'aurais souhaité savoir s'il y avait des fautes .Merci.

I'm writing this e-mail to inform you of the choice of my theme of my paper. I want to speak about ' le Port de Lille ' . In fact, I would work in the logistics fields and more specially I want to contribute to the development of "green transports" . During my paper, I will underline the organization, services proposed by it entity and explain my interest for a such structure.
Moreover, I would know dates of papers?
