Prepositions?

Hello,
Regarding the test no. 1725, question 10, the question is "The children are____the US flag.."
I answered it with "in front of", but it says it's wrong, the answer is "opposite".
I would like to ask why it's the answer, can anyone help me, please?

Hello!I agree that "in front of" makes more sense than "opposite" in this case. Perhaps a moderator can take a look and see if it needs to be corrected.

Hello henrychan,
Once your test has been corrected you can see a button in the middle of the page 'Report an error'; you should use it.
The answer has been modified anyway, thank you.
