- Good morning mister, I would like to book for next month want to know some informations.
- Where do you want to go, can you tell me the destination please?
- To Miami
- For how long is it?
- For one week but it's not sure, I want just one-way ticket.
- I reserve only for you or other person will come with you?
- Yes, with three colleagues, we are going for holiday and for a trade fair. And it's also to improve my English language.
- Oh I know this big logistics trade fair, I was there last year and it's just amazing! I'm looking the price, but can you tell me a precise date?
- Yes for 18 or 19 June, please. Yes, we will go also to an automotive exhibition. Last year, I was there too, we go every year!
- Yes, this year I won't go there. Wait a minute please, there isn't flight for this date but 16 and 20, which suit you?

- (After 5 minutes): For 16 June please for four people, I want a seat near the window. Can you tell me the cost of a first class seat?
- Okay, 800 per person
- What time will be the flight?
- At 08.00 P.M or two hours later at 10. 00 P.M
- Is there a flight in the morning?
- Yes but it's very early at 04.00 o'clock, there isn't other flight
- Okay no problem, can you give me the tickets please
- Do you pay it cash or by bankcard?
- By bankcard
