Correction lettre de motivation

Bonjour,
Voilà, j'ai fait ma lettre de motivation comme demandée si je veux faire la section européenne anglais en seconde. Je voulais savoir si il y a quelques erreurs de formulation ou de syntaxe et de formules de politesse pour finir...
P.S : c'est pour demain soir ^^'
Voici ma lettre :
Dear sir,
I am currently in 3rd class and I think that we don’t have enough hours of English lessons. So I would like to do European class to have more hours of English lessons and speak English better. English is the language the most used in the world :we can hear it or read it in musics,films or some famous magazines. If later I travel, speak English will be indispensable to communicate and meet people who I could not meet without a good English. To me, the finality is to obtain the best possible oral and writting level in English. This compentences will allow me to continue my studies in most famous university in the world.
