bonsoir,
je vous aide un peu:
we can see in the bottom of your eyes(non c'est un calque du français, passez par "deep")
That you know these times are everywhere ( je passerai par 'remind' => you can remind of these moments anywhere)

cette phrase est poetique mais je ne pense pas qu'elle est fausse

is ungrammatical because "deep" is an adjective not a noun
the noun derived from "deep" needed here is "depth"
but "in the depths" is a convenionalised expression:
eg in the depths of the ocean/of despair (not "in the depth of") = "places that are deep"
but see also the use of "depth" in the sense meaning "intensity" or similar: eg. the depth of emotion [=intensity]
or meaning "thoroughness": an in-depth investigation into the causes of the war.
or meaning "having intellectual content": Her novels lack depth.

"deep inside your eyes" (no "of") otherwise is very good
also
"see deep into your eyes"
