Correction/home in West-End

Bonjour,
The narrator says that everybody can have a home in West-End, shone he worked to have one of it. Whoever can succeed, it is enough to want it. « When they want they can ». If they wait that something takes place, they will arrive at nothing.
Besides, as shows it here the narrator while working they have a chance to succeed. In effect if they beg at all times and who do not make effort for gone worked, they will not succeed. Work it allow to satisfy our needs, notably to buy of the food, but also to pay its rent.
Finally, by works it the man comes true, he becomes apparent as shows it the narrator, he worked to have a home in West-End, a home equipped well with a TV and the video entryphone. If everything these young people (vagrant) tried to recover in works, they will succeed in having an accommodation.
