Bonjour,
je dois dire si selon moi la publicité est un type d'art. Voilà ce que j'ai écrit et je pense qu'il y a sûrement des fautes:
Art and advertising share lots of similarities. Indeed they want to be beautiful and trigger feelings. That is why in some countries, advertising and art are considered as a kind of “creative industries”, so they go together.
But in my opinion, art and publicity are different. Effective, the ultimate goal of advertising is to trigger desire to sell their product contrary to art that must carry the author mind and reflection. Art is free whereas advertising has commercial purpose. Besides all advertisements are not beautiful, some just present us their product with their advantages.
That is why advertising and street art be opposed in the street. Projects like “Brandalism” and “art everywhere” try to replace publicity in the street by artworks. This is a real battle in our public space.
In conclusion, in my opinion, art is just a tool for advertising to draw attention, and advertising his just a way to artist to earn their living.

But in my opinion, art and publicity are different. Effective, the ultimate goal of advertising is to trigger desire to sell their product contrary to (unlike) art that must carry the author's mind and reflection. Art is free whereas advertising has (article indéfini)commercial purpose. Besides (virgule) all advertisements are not beautiful, some just present us their product with their advantages. (present their pooduct to us)

J'éviterais le mot "publicity" dans ce contexte. Advertising/advertisement et publicity ne sont pas synonymes, regardez ce lien :

En particulier, la "publicity" n'a pas de "commercial purpose" en principe.
