Comment envisager la voix passive au futur pour traduire: On ne m' empêchera pas de faire ce que je veux ?
Je propose =
I won't be prevented from doing what I want .
Est-ce bien exact ?

Je ne pense pas que ce soit très courant d'utiliser la voix passive pour ce verbe lorsqu'il s'agit d'une personne.
En revanche, pour le reste, c'est tout à fait possible.
"We can prevent that" : nous pouvons empêcher (éviter) cela.
"That can be prevented" : cela peut être évité.
"We can prevent this disease from spreading any further". Nous pouvons empêcher cette maladie de se répandre davantage. (Très actuel...)
"This disease can be prevented from spreading any further." Moins traduisible en français.

Oui, la voix passive me semble correcte, à moins que vous n'ayez sous le coude un article de grammaire qui nous apprendra que non...
