Hello,
Le mot "further" dans la phrase ci-dessous est plus proche de la signification :
1/ urgently
2/ officially
3/ additionnally
4/ carefully

Please feel free to contact me directly at xxxxxx to discuss the details further about working with xxx Inc.
Dans ce cas, je dirai carefully.
Quand il est employé dans la formulation "... to discuss the further details..." je dirai additionally.
Sauf si further signifie toujours additionnally.
Si quelqu'un peut m'éclairer...

le further que vous utilisez est un adjectif au comparatif qui s'applique au nom details, pas un adverbe.
Please feel free to contact me directly at xxxxxx to discuss the details further about working with xxx Inc.
Please feel free to contact me directly at xxxxxx to discuss further details about working with xxx Inc.
more details, additional details, other details...

Further peut être adverbe et modifier une action, un verbe.
dictionnaire en ligne en double cliquant sur further:
further adv (to a greater extent) plus profondément, plus loin, plus avant loc adv
I'll investigate further and get back to you.
Je vais enquêter plus profondément et vous dirai après.

On apprend que far donne farther quand on parle de distance et further quand il est utilisé de façon imagée.
