D'où peux-tu voir la mer quand tu es chez toi?

Where will you come from when you arrive at our home? from Northern Europe or from Southern Europe?(where:adverbe, when:conjonction de subordination)
D'où viendrez-vous quand vous arriverez chez nous,du Nord de l'Europe ou du Sud de l'Europe?

The weather is less cold today, what do you think about that ?
Le temps est moins froid aujourd'hui, qu'en pensez-vous ?
