Here is my work:
1- Slighty drunk. (r m r) 2 merry = pompette.
2- Thin, slim or narrow. (n l r s d) 2 slender = mince.
3- A device for ventilating a room etc.(l r v n t t) ventilator = ventilateur.
4- To obtain the support and help of. (l s t n) 2 enlist = s'assurer le soutien de quelqu'un... ????
5- A type of coarse wollen cloth, often green, usually used for covering card-tables etc. (z b) 3 baize = tapis de jeu.
6- To bury a person etc. (r n t) 2 inter = enterrer.
7- To wait for a good opportunity. (b d) 2 bide = attendre le bon moment.
8- Determined or insistent. (m d n t) 3 adamant = ferme, catégorique.
9- Feeling or showing sorrow. (n l m f r) 3 mournful = affligé.
10- Easily made to laugh when tickled. (l t h k s c) 2 ticklish = chatouilleux.

3- A device for ventilating a room etc. ... VENTILATOR

4- To obtain the support and help of. ..... ENLIST

5- A type of coarse wollen cloth, often green, usually used for covering card-tables etc. .... BAIZE

6- To bury a person etc. ..... INTER

7- To wait for a good opportunity. ... BIDE

8- Determined or insistent. .... ADAMANT

9- Feeling or showing sorrow. ..... MOURNFUL
