at first...Then, seeing your Smileys lauhing
and even making faces , I'm now less sure than your feet are so dramatically cold...Anyway, being an active member in the RED CROSS 
I don't want to discourage you, (see what time it is?). In the package you'll find a very filling home- made pie 
( it will cross the Channel easily) and helps you hold tight until Easter , as well as 2 empty Xmas stockings (sorry I only found 2 left skockings (will that do?) 
and I have enclosed some powdered milk plus two tea bags.* I didn't know what to do for the water. Will you be able to make some snow melt and boil? Perhaps you benefit from a hot water system where you live? (If only you could!) Let me know will you?

Thanks willy but I would also solve the problems of mistakes I've left in my answer to poor felin - I suppose it was too early to have a clear mind. I agree with a nice cup of tea although I should have needed it before
